                                                           *ABOUT THE OWNER*

Linda Jordan, owner of Mind Body Soulutions, is an Adult Residential Facility (ARF)
Administrator, a Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist (MHRS) and a Certified Anger
Management Facilitator (CAMF).  She is a member of the American Association of Anger
Management Providers and has over twenty years experience in community-based treatment
and rehabilitation.  During her career, she has held positions as a group home parent and
administrator, Assistant Clinical Director, Director of Residential Services and Chief Operations
Officer with leading Bay Area community-based organizations.  She served as Chair of the Intra
CASRA (California Association of Social Rehabilitation Agencies) Training Task Force for five
years.  She has developed integrated residential, day rehabilitation and intensive case
management programs and treatment teams.  

Her in-depth knowledge of regulations and governing bodies includes:

  • The Department of Social Services Community Care Licensing Division,
  • The State Department of Mental Health Social Rehabilitation certification standards,
  • The Department of Rehabilitation and CARF accreditation,
  • MediCal and the Rehab Option,
  • Labor and Employment law,
  • Union contract negotiation and
  • Compliance practices.
